The RRTC would like to highlight our newest DEEP member!

My name is Latisha martin, I am a self-advocate LEND graduate from the University of Vermont class of 2022. I am an African American woman from Dayton, Ohio. I have personal lived experience from a self-advocate standpoint on various topics.  These topics include childhood, accessibility, advocacy.

I participate in several advocacy organizations in my community, and I have attended project STIR training, which is a self-advocacy training.

I have lived experience as a person with disability living in my own apartment for 6 years. I have made it easier for other people in the building to have accommodations if they need it by successfully defending an accessibility discrimination case.

I am an old school gamer, my favorite show is Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, and I like watching movies that have to do with disability.
