Make a goal to support your physical, mental, social and spiritual health each day:

  • Drink more water
  • Eat more fruits and veggies, which also provide water and nutrients for your body
  • Spend time outdoors, and connect with nature
  • Do 20-30 minutes of exercise
  • Call, video chat, or take a stroll with a friend, family member, or co-worker
  • Practice 3-5 minutes of deep or slow breathing
  • Take a break from social media and technology, especially 1 hour before bedtime
  • Get 7-9 hours of sleep each night
